Hello Vladimir Mi, thanks for the answer. I just tried the recovery tool. It was working well at offset (while the backed up messages were being downloaded--my default.option is "the final year") with all the 2014 messages but when I got to downloading around June 2015 letters, the crashing started again.

Is this a hardware result? Software? Corrupted fill-in files?

Hi!

I'm experiencing the aforementioned issue, and it turns out that messages app cannot be employ at all. As a workaround, I become to people app then search for the person I'm to text. Its a lot of inconvenience. Delight provide help.

Before the apps crash or kick you out, does the phone show any error message/lawmaking? In the meantime, try rebooting your phone by pressing and holding the power push button for 10 seconds until information technology restarts. This won't delete annihilation in your device, only you lot may need to re-prepare upwardly the phone's date and time settings. Nosotros'll expect for your response.

I upgraded to win 10 tech preview and after I rollback to 8.1 result occurred. Please help as of the moment my messaging app is not workable at all. Ti can but send messages via people app and so search for the contact so select send text message

Hi. Sorry for misleading you. Yep I installed w10 via insider only fifty-fifty before w10 the messages app crashed a lot. As for the guide, already did the education but did not assist at all.
